Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating we completely understand that. That’s why we make your first session as welcoming and supportive as possible.
Here’s how it works:
• Come into the gym and get settled in
• Be greeted by one of our coaches
• Meet some of our members
• Complete a simple warm-up together
• Be guided through the main session step by step
• Finish with a cool down
• Have a quick chat with your coach about how you found the session
No pressure, no judgement, and no experience needed. Most of our members started exactly where you are now.
